Your laptop is already a health sensor. Health OS turns one ordinary webcam into a live dashboard: heart rate, breathing, heart-rate variability, focus, fatigue, posture, eye strain and more, measured at the same time. Every number is computed on your device, in real time.
Health OS learns what "sitting well" and "paying attention" look like for you. Posture and focus are judged against this, so take a second to sit how you'd like to sit.
Pick a measurement and play with the sliders. Each demo runs the same algorithm the dashboard uses, on a simulated signal you control, so you can see exactly where the numbers come from and where they stop being trustworthy.
Health OS is a personal project, my experiment in how far an ordinary laptop can go as a health instrument. By day I run BrightWeb Solutions, where we design and build websites and iPhone apps.
A native app for macOS and Windows is in development, bringing the same on-device vitals to your desktop. Everything stays on your machine.
